Job Description

Excellent communication and immediate joiners only

  • Responsible for responding to customer’s requests via calls, chat, emails
  • Basic level 1 and some level 2 issues including remotely troubleshooting issues related to hardware and software (typically Windows, Mac OS, Apple, Google for Work, Android Phone Support, MDM, AirWatch etc.)
  • Exposure to retail industry devices such as Point-of-Sale devices, Zebra devices, switches, routers, printers, other store equipment devices is preferred.
  • Relevant experience in Service Desk (Technical support) – International Voice
  • Excellent verbal Communication Skills in English
  • Should be comfortable working for Night shifts & Voice process (24/7 Shift)

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

  • U1 (min 1 year in Customer Service in an int. BPO)
  • Handling basic Customer queries related to Telecom Bills /Customer Resolution expert, basic technical support,
  • Should have excellent Communication / Interpersonal /Comprehension skills
  • Should have Basic computer knowledge.
