Job Description

OS Management Hub is a relatively newly released service that handles patching for customers worldwide, operating across both OCI and on-premise systems. Oracle team incorporates members from around the world and we are seeking a reliable, creative DevOps Engineer to join their team in India. As a DevOps Engineer in his team, you will play an important part in ensuring that oracle systems run efficiently, processes are improved, and they consistently deliver value to their clients.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate seamlessly with multi-functional teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of DevOps principles and automation
2. Develop scripts, tools, and apps for automating deployment processes including provisioning, monitoring, and upgrades
3. Work closely with the Development team to ensure their needs are being met and that processes exist to support development processes
4. Contribute to documentation of automation, scripts, and processes
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, methodologies, and emerging technologies related to automation and DevOps
6. Adhere to SDLC standard methodologies, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
7. Collaborate on roadmap items by identifying areas that need improvement
8. Work with multiple teams, actively participating in discussions and improvement plans
